Anytime a customer requests either a quote or a "do and charge" job, you enter their details into simPRO and then create their quote online. You have immediate access to live and up to date supplier catalogues and pricelists from all of the major trade suppliers; all you do is allocate the required labour time and the quote is created, stored for later reference and emailed to the customer.

Once they confirm their order, the quote is turned into a job with a single mouse click. Now you can raise a parts order direct from the supplier or allocate the parts from stock. Now use the scheduler to allocate labour time and move on to the next request.

Your team are notified of what they have to do and where; all they do is return their timesheets (which can be done directly from the field using the mobile component) and you check the labour and parts used against the job description.

At the touch of a button, you can raise either a progress claim or a final invoice and the system issues it for you on your letterhead. That information is logged directly into either MYOB or QuickBooks for fiscal accountability.

The inbuilt reporting system tells you immediately if the job has made or lost money.
